Biggest Loser Challenge

Not doing good. Ugh! I was gluten free and migraine free for 3 weeks. Then crazy hormones hit and I had terrible migraines for 6-7 stays straight! During that time my diet fell apart. I've been really bad the past few days.. eating a Kit Kat and cheese crackers among other things! I haven't stepped on a scale in a few days. Time to get back on the wagon!!


  1. I am trying to loose weight too. And I myself had a bad day and feel off the wagon. But am getting back on tomorrow and refuse to fall off again. Good luck reaching your goals.

  2. It's so hard to eat right and prioritize your weight-loss goals when you don't feel well, though! Migraines are the worst, and I can't imagine worrying about eating right when all you can do is "get by". I'm sure you just wanted to lie down. Hang in there, and do the best you day at a time.
